A continuation of my previous LED project based on the logo of Above & Beyond's Anjunabeats/Anjunadeep record labels.
My first foray into PCB design, using the EasyEDA software & with manufacturing by JLCPCB. The enclosure was designed in Shapr3D, using the PCB outline exported from the EDA software as a starting point.
I ended up printing about half a kilo worth of test pieces before dialing in this particular brand of white PETG absolutely perfectly, which was required in order to get a smooth diffusion. Any imperfections in the surface finish were otherwise immediately obvious once the LEDs shone through.
With Anjuna HQ's blessing I sold two small batches of these via Etsy in 2025. I don't plan to make more of this design, instead focussing on my new AnjunaGlow Mini project which adds audio reactive capabilities & will be easier for batch production due to smaller size & a far simpler enclosure.
